Pricing
Priced around the work you hand over.
Every Workbricks agreement is scoped with your team, around the workflows you run, the documents that move through them and where it all needs to run, and it is signed once a year.
Contact salesWhat shapes the price
Four things, scoped with you.
The work
How many workflows you hand over and the apps your teams work in. Every one of them sits on the same contract.
The volume
How many documents and pages move through those workflows in a year, at volume rates that come down as volume goes up.
The AI
The models your workflows use, at volume rates, or your own key on any agreement with the cost going straight to your vendor.
Where it runs
The Workbricks cloud, or your own VPC on AWS, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud, or your own Kubernetes cluster.

Questions
What people ask about pricing.
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because the price follows the work: how many workflows you hand over, how many pages they read and where Workbricks runs. We scope that with you and put it in one annual agreement.
Do we have to build it ourselves?
No. We can scope it with you, build the workflows and set up the app, so your team starts with something that already does the job. If they want to build or change things later, the same tools are theirs to use, and you can mix the two however suits you.
What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF or scan, or one image. Other files, like spreadsheets and emails, are counted by size. Your usage page shows the page count for every run.
Is the AI that reads documents included?
Yes. Reading the page, OCR, layout and tables, pulling out the fields you asked for and the citation behind every value are included in the page rate.
Can we use our own AI key?
Yes, on any agreement. Model costs for chat, summaries and agent steps then go straight to your account with the vendor.
Are workflow runs limited?
No. Runs are unlimited, so you pay for the work done, not for how often a workflow runs.
Can several teams share one agreement?
Yes. Every workflow and app in scope sits on the same contract, and new ones are added to it as you go.
Can it run in our own cloud?
Yes. Workbricks runs in our cloud, or in your own VPC on AWS, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud, or on your own Kubernetes cluster.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your documents and results are never used to train a model, and a data processing addendum backs that.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, for health information.
How long does it take to get an agreement in place?
That mostly depends on your security review. We share our SOC 2 Type II report and answer your questionnaire as early as you like.
Which document-heavy job would you hand over first?
Bring one process you want to improve and the information behind it. We build the first version with you in the session, so the first thing you see is your own work, running.
